I'm putting together a timeline of conversations. Can I see a list of numbers and times of incoming/outgoing calls for the last month?

You have access to the last 18 months' worth of call logs via your bills, i.e.,
If logged into the desktop version of My Verizon as Account Owner/Manager:
- hover over Bill at the top, then click Bill Overview
- scroll down a bit and click the drop-down next to the billing cycle; change to whatever cycle you want to view
- click View This Bill PDF
- scroll to the section of the bill related to the line's call log you want to view
Your call log on your MyVerizon account online will show the calls you started which were answered and the incoming ones you answered. It will not show the calls you missed or didn't have someone answer. Those missed calls are only on your phone's call log.
