I’ve been trying to cancel my trade I. And have contacted customer service through chat and on the phone multiple times and no one had been able to help me! I accidentally canceled my upgrade order and now that I try to purchase/upgrade the same line again it doesn’t let me because it says there’s an active order already and the trade in still shows up and doesn’t let me cancel it!
They originally told me I would be fixed within an hour after the text chat was over and it’s been the same result all day. Shouldn’t be that hard to spend my money and get my trade in $800 credit along with my upgrade!
