Every time I try and pay my bill I get an error saying my zip code is wrong.
I called my bank and they agree it is indeed correct.
I contacted Verizon and the lady on the phone saw all the attempts and accepted my card.
I just got my new bill and once again it is telling me my zip code is in error.
Is there anyway to fix this?
LynnJr We really don’t want you going through this every month. If I can get you to call us at 1.800.922.0204 we can take care of this issue or file any necessary tickets so that it is resolved. I know I would not want to deal with this.
