When trying to manage my devices, My Verizon shows that there are "pending orders" on my devices.
When I click the link to review the pending orders, I receive the following error message:
"The activity you are trying to perform is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
Is there any way I can see what's going on with these pending orders?

I've been trying to enroll in my Apple One subscription and cannot. I've been on the phone and chat with VZW. Was told it was an issue with my traded in phone - but the traded in phone has already been accepted and credited onto my account. Then they said I had an unpaid bill - but I'm on autopay and the rep could see it paid and the phone credit. VZW said they were "escalating" the issue to determine the cause. So frustrating.
