I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra just a few hours ago. I've been all that time since trying to accept the terms that'll release the phone to me. My son is the primary account holder - he had a better credit score at the time. I got named secondary - I actually am the one paying the bill. I can't recall, but I think both of us gave our SSNs on the account. This was 7 1/2 years ago. Suddenly those SSNs are INVALID?????
I purchased two other phones this year, so three phones total all in the space of nine months. No problems at all with those other two phones. The only thing different I did this time was use my email address instead of my son's to accept the confirming email. Why would that, though, make our SSNs invalid?
Very frustrated. Anyone else have this problem?
