I have been using ringback tones for years. I changed my default a few weeks ago and callers still hear the old one. I have checked and the ringback tone manager has my desired tone is marked as default. How can I fix this?
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your ringback tones! I'd love to make sure these get updated for you. Are you changing the tones from your handset or on the web? Do you have anything else like Days of the Week set?

Thanks for the reply. I called tech support and they changed it for me but they couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I just hope it doesn't happen again. BTW I could not find a way to assign a tone to a day of the week. When I looked up the instructions they said to go to "edit" and then click on a calendar. Neither appears on my tones. I have used Chrome and IE to no avail.
