***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Can't chat with representative

I can't find an option to chat online with a representative anymore and when I call I get disconnected within 30 mins before any answer

I've found that when logged in with my PC, going to My Verizon->My Billing->View My Bill will cause a CHAT button to pop up, bottom right.  There may be other choices as well that cause a CHAT button to appear.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

I'm so sorry you haven't been able to get through, NORMANPALINSKEY. When you try to Chat, are you logged into My Verizon? If a representative is available, a pop-up option will appear.


Otherwise, is there something we can assist you with right here? We also have Social Media channels, such as Facebook, (, as well as Twitter, (@VZWSupport).

Same thing, every time I try to reach an agent on the website for resolution, the thing crashes, signs me out, and they just forget about me instead of following up or reaching out to me, it's like the phone company doesn't have my phone number to call me when their website fails 😒
