For the last 2 days I've tried to contact Verizon using their "Schedule a time" option on my land line. After at least couple of hours I receive a call back from their 800#, asking me for a PIN. After I supply the PIN, a voice says that I'm being connected, but then, a few seconds later, the call is dropped. Afterward, I immediately get another call from Verizon and the process repeats itself. I repeat this cycle 10-15 times and never get through.
If course the Chat option doesn't work anymore. Finally, their *611 only seems to only connect you to a digital assistant.
Does anyone have any advice for getting through their support wall. I've never seen such atrocious customer service.
You can thank low staffing and people calling in who shouldn't holding up the queue for that.
Majority of things can be done self serve or even basic Google searching. Your fellow customers built this wall. If only legitimate calls came in, queues would move so much faster.
