I have spent the last 7 hours with Verizon chat messaging and waiting 30+ minutes at a time with Verizon customer support on the phone only to get disconnected and go back to the end of the line. I'm trying to add two new lines with an "online only" iPhone 11 offer and it is not accepting any forms of payment, credit cards, debit card or PayPal when I try to complete the purchase. This is so frustrating. So I have my items sitting in my cart and am unable to complete the order. I called multiple credit card companies and they said they have approved the payment, but that Verizon is rejecting the payment. Making a simple online purchase shouldn't be this burdensome.
Not being able to complete an order is very frustrating, as consumers ourselves, we can understand your frustration with the difficulties you've encountered attempting to make your payment. Just to gain clarity, have you tried to clear your browser and cache, then attempt to process the order again? *Lisa
