I can't return my order, which is a new iPad. As usual, you can't talk to a real person so I'm stuck in an endless loop. When I talk to "live" chat, they redirect to me to customer support number which when you call, it tells you to chat. Again, the "live" chat can't help, and the automated chat guy, (this is where it gets broken), tells me I have no orders eligible for return. I bought my iPad 2 days ago and it's eligible. I think the issue is that the order status says back-ordered and delivered causing it to mess up. I really need to return this iPad within my return window but I can't get any help.
