This is an FYI for those of you having trouble setting up Auto Pay. I got the message "You are unable to manage Auto Pay due to previous payment history and restricted payment options" when I tried to setup Auto Pay in VZW's website. Obviously this is frustrating because I'm missing out on a discount if I can't setup Auto Pay. Then I remembered that I had setup my bank account to get an eBill from Verizon. Once I disabled that I no longer got the error message. I have yet to go all the way through to setting up Auto Pay as I want this month's payment to post first so I don't get double charged. However, I'm confident it should go through since I no longer get that error message.
I would've pasted this in the original topic but it was locked for some reason? Hopefully this helps out someone...
