I switched from post pay to prepay in July. I got charged the prepay fee and was told that I was good to go. Thinking I was now on unlimited I started using much more data (up from the 2g I had in postpay). A billing cycle later I get a big bill for post pay with data charges added on. I've been on the phone for hours with support but they won't or can't figure out what happened and won't refund me for data used and switch me to pre pay. I don't know what to do any longer as support seems unwilling to help any longer (I keep getting put on hold and don't have hours to sit waiting). The only option I have any more is to switch carriers.
