I am trying to upgrade both my wife and my phone. The website would not allow both phones to be upgraded at the same time. I submitted the order to upgrade my wife's and now it will not allow me to upgrade my phone. Why is this so hard? Both lines have been paid in full for 2 years or more. I just want to order a new phone.
