The device overview tab of "My Verizon" only shows one of the three devices on my account. I am also listed as an "Account Member" despite being the owner of these devices, and attempting to sign in with either of the other numbers results in "The information you entered does not match the information we have on file" message.

We can definitely understand having questions about your account set up especially if you are the account owner. Based on what you described, it definitely sounds like something we can assist you with. When your account is set up as an account manager, you are limited to your view online to your line owner. We would want to have you unregister your account online and then we can assist you with setting up your line as the account owner line.
