I am trying to cancel order due to controversy due amount.
I’ve been on hold for an enormous amount of time only to get disconnected. Online chat has extended wait times.
Anyway, After speaking/chatting with two representatives regarding canceling this order, I received two different ticket numbers.
When I try to upgrade, I keep getting a message that there is an outstanding pending order.
When I checked support regarding the two tickets to cancel the order, no information was available. This is the second time that Verizon representatives messed up an order. Sorry I ever subscribed to Verizon.
