How do I cancel service on a device once it is paid off?

You can cancel a line by visiting a corporate store or calling customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone. Be aware that you will be charged for the entire billing cycle period no matter when you cancel the line so you should consider canceling as close as possible to the end of the billing cycle.

Hi, I just wanted to cancel 1 line of 4 I have plus 2 tablets   this one is just an extra phone i’m currently not using.

To cancel service or remove a line permanently: Call Customer Service at (800) 392-0717, (Mon – Fri, 7 AM - 9 PM, Sat – Sun, 8 AM – 9 PM local time).
