You can cancel a line by visiting a corporate store or calling customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone. Be aware that you will be charged for the entire billing cycle period no matter when you cancel the line so you should consider canceling as close as possible to the end of the billing cycle.

We would never want to see you leave you the Verizon Wireless family and it truly saddens us to hear that you are considering cancelling a line.
