Can anyone tell me why I am getting emails saying my order was canceled but when I put the order number in it is still showing processing? They sent me an email to identify myself with documents and I uploaded them but I guess it wasn’t enough. I have called and chatted with numerous of representatives and everyone is giving me different answers. They took the money for the order and said they couldn’t identify me with my social security number. So they had to cancel it and some reps are saying it’s canceled. And then some are saying they are still reviewing it. I’m so frustrated and confused.
