Canceling Service

I am canceling my service after 22 years. I still owe on one phone and a watch. Do have have to pay the balances off or can they be returned to Verizon?

May we ask what has you wanting to do so? In regard to cancelling service, if you have any active device payment plans on your lines, those balances will need to be paid off. The only time a device can be returned is if it is within the 30-day worry free guarantee.
