Why do I have to jump through all these hopes to cancel a line but I can add 6 new one in 10 minutes on my computer. I spent hours on the hold only to be hung up on. I spent 30 minutes on live chat only to have them stop responding. Every time the I schedule a call back either the hang up when I answer or I never get a call.
