I have same issue with my Airpods Pro order recently and haven't received my refund yet. Can you explain why refunds take more time to process? I am asking because I have worked on internal systemes of some of the big names in banking and credit card industry such as Wells Fargo, American Express, Synchrony Bank, Western Union and Visa. For any institution, refund is just another transaction and it is processed in same manner as purchase transaction. There is no rule like that refund transactions will be processed slowly because they are lower priority. Just don't fool around people ok. Can you list out financial institues which take more than 3 business days to process transaction to support your claim that refund processing takes more time? You guys are just taking adavantage of Monopoly in wireless industry. Just don't time pass with customers.
