Cancelled order over $30 case has messed up my whole account.

I initially placed an order with Verizon to upgrade my iphone back on November 17.  I opted to add a new case to the order as well, and pick the whole order up at my local store.

Two days later I received a call from the store that the order had been cancelled because the case was not in stock.  Thus began an epic saga where Verizon messed up my whole account.

First, I had to call Verizon and wait on hold for 2 hours in order to reorder the new phone.  A second call was required to get my device dollars added back to my account as a credit.  Another 2 hours down the drain.  Now I see a charge coming up on my December bill for $130, the amount that was supposed to have been refunded from the original order.  (I paid separately for the second created order.)  A call and hour wait today and I was told that they couldn't do anything until the bill was actually issued later in the month. 

Hours of my life wasted thanks to Verizon cancelling an order over a $30 case.
