I have tried every 800 number, fraud number, live rep chat which only told me call those numbers, and *611. All I want is to talk to a real person so I can figure out why my bill is $5000. Every call to an automated device leads to it hanging up on me. It’s been 2 weeks trying to figure this out and I’m about to give up. Anybody know if real people work there and how to find them??

You can also press "0" when calling the 800 number. That usually switches you to a live person. The other situation you may encounter is a language problem. I had to call twice a few weeks ago when I ported to T-Mobile. Both times I had a person who could barely speak English. We were both trying to understand each other. I heard a lot of gibberish but luckily my situation got resolved. These people want American jobs and money but they won't learn OUR language. This globalization and one-world-order nonsense is the most stupid thing ever.
