Cannot Manage/Cancel Discovery+ subscription add on

Hi All,

I was enrolled in a promotional Discovery+ subscription that was $0/mo. to start. The promotion term is ending and I do not wish for the subscription to rollover with monthly costs. I have had the subscription activated for over 7+ days. The problem I am having is that in the Account > Apps and add ons > Manage add on page, there is nothing under the "Manage" section. I have seen screenshots online where there should be a button with a cancellation option, but my section is completely blank

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

deknee, Disney+ is great for entertainment, but we understand your concern for preventing charges for the service. We are here to assist with your concerns. 


This service can be canceled in the My Verizon online account or app and it sounds like you have identified the correct section to remove the feature. 


To confirm, were the steps on the following web page for number 2 under the “Manage your subscription” category used?
