I'm trying to order a phone through the my verizon app, but after I put in my card information the app gave me an error stating I needed to verify it. Not only has it not allowed me to add the card information but I've now been notified that I'm blocked from adding a card for 30 days. Is there any sort of workaround for this? It was working perfectly fine and accepted my card information the first time but now it's simply refusing to work.

Hello again, I apologize for the very late reply. Shortly after i posted this to the community, I contacted verizon support and got in touch with someone who told me that they would reduce the amount of days I'd need to wait from 30 days to simply 7. She told me to wait until then and she also stated she would contact me in a week's time to verify that everything was ok. However it doesn't seem like anything has changed and she has yet to reach out to me. I would greatly appreciate further assistance on this matter as I am very much interested in purchasing a new phone but I have no way of doing so if I'm still blocked from adding my card to my account.

What message comes up when you try to add this? Are you able to try ordering a phone and just entering one time payment information on the order?
Every time I attempt to add a card I get a message saying something along the lines of how I cannot add any more funds to my monthly bill this cycle. This happened the last time I tried and every time I get this error I become discouraged to even continue attempting because my account will probably get blocked from adding a card again. At this point I'm so clueless on what to do, I'm considering just getting a SIM card free phone and trying my luck to see if I could somehow get it connected under Verizon prepaid. Any response would be appreciated, I'm just so baffled.
