Cannot connect to MyV Prepay

I'm trying to change my device and I've entered the IMEI, however, every time I try to continue it says "Can't connect to MyV Prepay. Please try again later". What does this mean and is there anything I can do to solve this? I'm trying to change my device from a #Nokia2V to an#iPhone11. I'm logged into MyVerizon on my laptop and I'm trying to do the changing process on there. I'm also trying to use the eSim
