This is the biggest joke of the year, I had the unfortunate luck of fighting with T-Mobile and moving to verizon mid September of this year, it was nothing but pain.

Everything they've promised fell short, they wanted to hit me with activation fees which should've been free, than the actual plan cost with all the offers vanished etc.

final nail on the coffin was the fios integration for the $10/ line discount, an agent at the verizon customer service insisted that there was no such deal, I asked him to go to verizon,com like a regular customer from the computer in front of him and see for himself, he kept on saying no...LOL.

I am 101% sure this is scripted and deliberate to deter customers to forget the discount and just move on. 

At this point, less then a month in to the service, if I can get my old phones back and return the new phones, I would ditch verizon and will NEVER EVER give them my business.

They will be responsible for degrading my health.

We want to make sure you save everything you are supposed to and get the right prices. I'm sorry for any confusion over this process. I looked into any discounts on activation fees recently but haven't found any recent deals on those. Where did you see those would be free? What about your plan cost has been different than expected?

I'm experiencing the same problem and calling customer service is the worst experience as they just kick you to a different department. Have you resolved the issue?
