I received a Verizon message asking me to update my military status to continue getting a discount. I've tried the link in several browsers and all they seem to do is refresh the page. I even used the "get started" link and the same thing happened. Is this broken? Or is there another way?
I was just on the chat with Verizon for 90 minutes and got nowhere with them. They did not understand the problem I was having with the website which is exactly as you described. I'm going to try and reach a human on Monday.
