A friend of mine and merged our accounts. Afterwards she received a bill for her closed account. We attempted to log into the deactivated account portal but regardless of what we put it says the information is incorrect. I have tried all the ZIP codes going back about 10 years and the phone number is correct. I have the account number as well as the phone number.
