Like others in this forum, I cannot redeem this offer. I get stuck on a "Redirecting..." page and then nothing. I've tried different browsers and even on the app with no success. I contacted support but nobody seems to know about the offer even though it appears on my app and on the website, I even received and email about. Once the agent was able to locate the product and offer the chat went dead because I asked that once I was eligible won't the offer expire. Verizon needs to correct this.
