Cannot set AutoPay

I have tried to set Autopay, but each time when I get to the page where I am to select the day of the month to make the payment, nothing displays in the drop down menu, I cannot even click it.

I have tried with different browsers and it does not work on any of them.

I utilized the chat to try to set it up, and I was able to select a date there, but it was not saved, and it shows as if I have no Autopay set up.

 

Please help, verizon is not being being helpful with this.
