Cannot set up autopay

I am having trouble setting up autopay. I was told by a lovely CSR that my account was eligible for $10 per line discount with auto pay form a debit card or checking account. I have gotten the success message each time I attempted but it doesn’t seem to retain the request. I am also not getting the email/text notifications confirming the changes. 

I have been a Verizon customer for the last 21 years  I’d like to receive the discount for autopay.

Can a forum moderator assist?

We definitely want to make sure you are able to set up your AutoPay to receive these savings. What method are you using to set it up? When you log back in to your account, what do you see for your payment options?
