I'm currently on THE NEW VERIZON PLAN LARGE 8GB. I'm interested to switching all 4 lines to the $35 Unlimited Plan because I want free Disney+. But every time I try to change my plan, I get the error below. Any ideas? TY

The link provided also leads to the same error in step 4.
App also throws error when attempting to change plans.

After authentication, I'm informed:
Perfect! I do apologize but at this time to make any changes to your account you will need to call, 888-483-7200. They will be able to assist you with your plan change.
This does nothing to fix the error message that I have detailed. I don't want to make any changes until I can explore plans on the website.
