I have an old Fios account connected to my One Verizon ID, and have been on the phone at least 6 times with customer service and nobody has been able to fix my issue. Fios keeps sending me to Mobile and Mobile keeps sending me back to Fios.
I have a new Fios account that I am unable to connect to my One Verizon ID because the old account is still present, which is preventing me from getting the correct discounts etc. I have spent about 6 weeks on this issue and easily 5 or more hours on the phone and in a Verizon store trying to get this resolved.
