I have tried for 2 days to update a new payment method and it will not work. Have talked to customer service that doesn't work. My cycle ends today and I need to add a new credit card but it doesn't work. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried web site, tried quick pay. All was good for years till I needed to change my card for payment. Who do I need to talk to to fix this. This is beyond frustrating.
