You get more data by either bumping up the plan or purchasing 1GB at a time for 15 with data boost. I have no idea what you're doing.
We want to make sure you can get the best available plan for you. Are you trying to change your plan? You can do any account changes using your My Verizon online. What plan do you currently have?

The problem seems to be that I bought a plan, Prepaid that didn't meet my
data needs. I then upgraded to the bigger plan. Then ran out of data again,
then I boosted the data....and ran out agaim. Verizon app says i can only
have 1upgrade and 1data boost per billing cycle.Fortunately I found a phone
number, not the same as 611 from my phone, where a customer support bot
sold me 3 GB. I just don't like the app leading me to buy more data, then
telling me "Sorry" you used it all up and can't buy more.

I have the same question. It appears Verizon is attempting to force us into a higher plan or to purchase a new iPad.
I will be checking with ATT since my cell phone service, home phone and internet are with ATT. Should be able to get a good deal.
