I have recently started calling the Verizon Mobile Financial Department 1 (866) 266-1445 and when I request to speak to a live agent, the recorded agent states that I’m unable to speak to a live agent. Which is weird because I use to speak to live agents all the time. When I call private to the same number I am able to talk to a agent. So my question is can Verizon block your number from talking to a certain department?
