Getting this message over and over again. I'm a busy person who doesn't have time and frankly doesn't want to wait in a queue or deal with someone on the phone or in in the store. Hello, there is a pandemic so maybe your website should work. I simply try and upgrade a phone and cant check out. I get the above message. Apparently it's been an epidemic for years which is just ridiculous and nobody has done anything about it. They close the previous threads to avoid embarrassment claiming some nonsense about length of the thread. You close out a thread when its been resolved. Not to try and stop people from seeing how long the issue has gone on. If you want to help, process the upgrade sitting in my checkout/cart and stop wasting my time.
P.S. Been trying to upgrade for over a month.
