I’ve been using my carrier billing for months with zero problems. I just used it last month, like less than 3 weeks ago. Microsoft tells me it’s Verizon and I can’t understand why I can’t use it. I haven’t spent charged anything this month, my bill is current with my due date weeks away. It’s impacted my recurring billing I use.

 

What can be done to fix this!

Hi, 

Same issue.  After a horrid run around/multi transfer with customer service,  billing, technical support and sales, I had to find the answer online.  I can't speak to Microsoft, but the arrangement between Google and Verizon has been terminated. It stinks because I can't see any drawback, as the charges have to be paid along with your bill, and I loved that feature!!!!  No details as to why are being provided by either side. #same boat
