Cell phone calls do not connect

My android phone is doing the same thing. When I make a phone call it connects me to an operator or message saying that all lines are busy and then disconnect. I'm in an area where there is no problems previously with connectivity or service

Can you tell us more about what's happening with your service? What's the make/model of your phone?

Have there been any recent changes with your Device? (e.g., software update, new apps downloaded, recent SIM Card change, etc.) Please reboot your phone while we're troubleshooting together. Thanks!-Robert C.
