When I use the website or app to look at plan changes to move to an unlimited plan for my 5 lines, it tells me that each price is one price, say Start Plan being 30, next 40, etc... As soon as I select my plans and try to confirm the price for each plan jumps by 10 each, that means the final price is 50 more than I was led to believe while choosing plans. Why is there such a difference? I have auto pay on all my accounts using auto withdrawals from my checking account and paperless enabled.
The pricing on the website includes the $10 discount per line for autopay and paperless billing.
After switching, the bill will show the service charges without the discount and a separate bill line item of a bill credit of $10 per line on the account.
Since you indicated that you already have autopay and paperless billing, your bill total before device payments, insurance, and taxes should reflect the price on the website for the plan you selected.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
It's great to see you're interested in upgrading to an unlimited plan, and we will be glad to clarify your concerns. It's important to mention that the price for unlimited plans can be impacted by multiple factors. For example, you can get a $10.00 discount per line on these plans after enrolling in Auto Pay and Paper-Free Billing with a debit card or checking account. The price can also be impacted by the amount of smartphone lines on your account. We've sent you a private message to continue assisting you.
