Changing Names on Individual Lines

Has anyone else had a problem with changing names on individual lines? Right now i have 7 lines with the same name on it and it doesnt seem like verizon techs know what they are doing. I will have been going back and forth with them for 8 months in February. We have already tried changing nicknames, unregistering and registering my number, setting up all the lines caller id’s, and setting up everyone’s share name ids. Every time any of these have been done they had me wait a month to check for changes and there were never changes. To a point now that I’m thinking this is not a think they can do. If this is not a thing they can do someone should hop on this and get this going.
