July 27 th I lost my mom and a few days later I had to make some calls to India to arrange the funeral and everything, I swear I activated the India call add on and now I have the bill of 734$, I am an international student now I have to support my education and take care of my brother. Verizon customer rep not only being cold to me, but they also are not helping in any sort. Can anyone guide me on what do to? I honestly have no money to give them. I am on call for 45 mins.
