Got charged for a 101 minute call to Myanmar, for $249.00 & have spent 11 hours and am back to some rep who refuses to waive it after the last investigation sounded promising, but was just lost. After holding hours for managers, they request my phone number and 3 times now, no one calls me back. The phone shows the call was made on the call log, but the phone was in my possession and no call was actually made in the middle of they day for 101 minutes. Fraud department sends me back to business customer service because they say it's an actual call. They refuse to waive it, though we did add international call blocking so if it happens again, we can at least say that it shouldn't have allowed it. It's unbelievable that a business can treat it's customers so poorly.
