Just found out on my bill that I am being charged for an additional two lines I never purchased in-store. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy A20 and on the bill this month it is charging me for two A20s plus a new iPhone 8 I never bought. Is this some kind of scam? The deal I signed up for was one line and one device, not a BOGO. Impossible to get a hold of anyone on their customer service. This seems really bogus. I don't even have an iPhone and never asked for one.
