Verizon never ever responds whether it's by phone or chat, within the time they claim that you have on wait. They are liars and don't respect their customers' time.
I wonder if they are all trained to lie, they win me over with a lie and now I'm giving an arm a leg a finger and toe to pay off t mobile now and my bill every month with Verizon. The highest commissioned liar gets a bonus..... which they lied about as well. When they finally respond on the chat, they give you less then two minds to respond over to them or they end the chat
