Tuesday evening, 8 pm. Chat for an upgrade help. After going around how it would work for 40 minutes, we reach the point for ordering. How much storage? "The fastest in my hands." What color?" The fastest in my hands. OK, pay here, answer this and that email, done. When will I have it? "Definitely Friday, 2-day shipping" Are you sure? Absolutely. Because I'll need to take the day off to sign for it. "No problem, definitely Friday."
Wednesday 11:15 pm. No fedex nor verizon email. Chat again. "Let me check."......... "Well, the warehouse hasn't updated any shipping information." So no Friday? "Probably not." No Saturday? "No Fedex delivery on Saturday." Monday, then? "If it ships tomorrow." And you can't tell me. "No sir, I don't know when it will ship". So the agent yesterday lied. "I don't have an answer to that." OK. Thank you for nothing being resolved and you giving me no new information. End chat.
So, moral: the agent on Tuesday just wanted to make a sale at all costs and would say whatever I wanted to hear. Used car salesperson.
Liar. Doubt if it will even ship Thursday.
Liar. DON'T USE THE CHAT FOR A SALE.
