When I pressed Chat with us button I am greeted with a message:
Looks like this isn't a Verizon Prepaid number. For help, please contact us at 1-800-922-0204. Thank you.
Any solutions to this problem? I am logged in to my prepaid account.
I have the same problem. I first noticed it about 10 days or 2 weeks ago. I called the 800-924-0204 number they give and the rep there had no answers and said she would escalate the issue and call me back. It's been 10 days or so and I have heard nothing. I brought it up here also and all I get is a run around. I have also tried Verizon support on Facebook. I have gotten nowhere there either. Different reps come online and ask the same questions with never any solutions. They refuse to issue a trouble ticket that can be traced for continuity. They have also deleted the thread I started here about this issue (or at least I can't find it). I've decided to see if AT&T can help me. Good luck to you on this issue!
