Chat is horrible

My story. Ordered phones 2 weeks ago. Label created. Phones were never shipped. Started chat window after not seeing updates for 3 days. Short answer: they were shipped. Long answer: no they weren't check the fed ex shipping screen (label printed). Reps start and stop 2 tickets (resolved, but no they weren't)

Fast forward thru 4 chat sessions, two weeks,  and 2 hang ups. Today I am told that these phones will be shipped within the next 48 hours.

I will be standing by!
