I have an issue with my Pixel Pro 7 not receiving text messages. I'd like to check the status of the ticket. How can I do that?

just activated it yesterday. I had a PiXEL 2 XL and now a PIXEL 7 PRO

Spent 90 minutes with a rep this morning to no avail. I do have a ticket number, how do I caheck the status?

Knowing what is going on with your phone is always a big deal. I know how crucial that is. For a trouble ticket there actually isn't a direct way for you to check that yourself. You would be contacted by our team when that comes back to let you know the results and make sure things are working.
