I've been trying to have a 20.00 fee for a Smart Home removed from my account with no success. It was suppose to have been removed earlier this month.
I cannot speak with anyone as I keep getting sent to the online assistant and when I follow the directions to have it removed I cant locate it, however it is showing up on my bills.. this month and next months.
Anyone care to join? I'm very frustrated at the lack of support from Verizon..
To cancel service or remove a line permanently: Call Customer Service at (800) 392-0717, (Mon – Fri, 7 AM - 9 PM, Sat – Sun, 8 AM – 9 PM local time).
As for the class action, I would suggest that you and your lawyer read the Customer Agreement linked at the bottom of every Verizon Wireless web page.
